**CT PTU TUTORIAL - Breakaway**

*This tutorial is written by me using Photoshop CS6 but any version will work.
Any similarity to any other tut is coincidental.*

Supplies:
Tube of choice. I'm using the artwork of Verymany.
You must purchase a license to be able to use their work.
You may do that at VMT store.
Kit of choice. I'm using PTU kit 'Break Away'
by Dees'Sign Depot. You can find it HERE.
Template of choice. DD_Template_TruthLie
Mask of choice. AR315_CMC_mask79
Font of choice. PG Isadora Cyr Pro

Let's get started...
Opent template. Hide or delete 'info' and all wordart layers.
Got to the last layer 'pink rectangle'. From the kit past Paper #6,
right click on the layer and Create Clipping Mask. Click on the
'green strip' layer and Create Mask using Paper #10. For tlayer
'stars' use Paper #9 for CC mask. And for layer 'plum oval' use
Paper #8 to create mask. Then hide or delete layer 'dotted oval'.
For the 'center light green rectangle' layer use Paper #11. Then use
Paper #9 to Create Clipping Mask for layer 'center green rectangles'.
Take full size tube then, and place it on the last paper. CC mask
for tube as well. Set tube Blend Mode on Luminosity. Make a copy of it
and for that one set B.Mode on Screen with Opacity 50%. For the copy
use Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur, Radius 5,0. Click on the layer
'white frame lines'. From the kit past Element #79, resize and place
at the bottom right side. Make a copy of it, Flip Horizontal and
place bottom left side. On those two place Element #102 with Drop
Shadow, Opacity 40%. Make a copy of it, resize to be smaller and
place where the empty space is from previous element. On those add
Element #76. Make a copy, Flip Horizontal and move it just a bit to
the left side. Now add 5 copies of Element #40 around those with
shadow 40% on all. Between 3rd and 4th rectangles place Element #12,
shadow. Then past Element #15 at the bottom with shadow. At the
bottom right, between buttons, place Element #24 with shadow on 40%.
On the 2nd rectangle past Element #50, resize a little and shadow.
Make a copy of it and move it a little down and right. Now we gonna
work on left oval. From the kit past Element #44, place at the top
of the oval with shadow. On it place Element #12, Drop Shadow 40%.
Make a copy of it and place more left and down. Above it add
Element #1, shadow. On it past Element #33 with shadow. Then add
Element #1 on it with shadow. Make a copy of it and place more to
the right. Place Element #33 on it, shadow. Make a copy of it,
resize to be smaller and place at the left oval side. Between those
two past Element #52 with shadow. On it add Element #15. Using
Eraser Tool remove extras from the 2nd, 3rd and 4th rectangle. Then
Drop Shadow. On it add Element #1 again with shadow on 40%. Make 2
more copies of it, Flip Horizontal both and place on the right
canvas side. Then place 'WordArt_1' and I did. Set Storke size 1 and
color white; Outer Glow size 4 and Opacity 75%. Now past full size
tube, Flip Horizontal and place at the bottom. Use filter or effect
of choice and Drop Shadow, Opacity 55%. Then past Element #40, resize
and place at the tube skirt. On it add Elements #14 and #25 with
shadow on both 40%. Next to it place Element #8, shadow. Then add
Elements #40 and 51 on it with shadow. Now select all of those
elements that are on tube and make a copy of them. Place them on
the tube foot, fallow photo to see exact place.

Now let's add mask:
Open your mask as new image.
Mask layer will be called 'Background' and will be locked.
Double click on same layer, press OK. Layer name will be 'Layer 0'.
Add a new layer above it and flood fill with color of choice,
or use a paper from kit . I use Paper #17.
Click on mask layer and hold CTRL+A to Select All, CTRL+C to Copy.
Click on the paper layer, hit Q to turn on Quick Mask mode.
CTRL+V to paste the mask. It should now be kinda red.
Hit Q to turn off Quick Mask mode
and there should be shown selection on your canvas.
Hit the Add Layer Mask.
On paper layer, right click and Convert to Smart Object.
Right click again and Rasterize Layer.
Drag completed mask to your tag canvas as the bottom layer.
Resize it if needed.

Add proper copyright and your name on tag.

Hide or delete bottom 'Background' layer. And save your tag as .PNG file.
That's it! Thank you for reading. I would love to see any tags made with this tutorial. You can past the link here as comment or send them to me on al3x_v@ymail.com
